This month I will invoice all members with total purchases above $5.00 on MAY 15 for Canadians and MAY 12 for other countries as a POSTAL STRIKE has been announced for MAY 22 (source ebay)
Starting September 2024 here are my criteria for sending an invoice to purchasers.
1) any time when the buyer requests an invoice
2) when the total uninvoiced amount reaches $50.00
3) when the total numbers of uninvoiced stamps reaches 100
4) at the end of the month when the uninvoiced amount is at least $3.00
5) at the end of the trimester regardless of the total uninvoiced amount and the number of uninvoiced stamps
Every month I remove all purchases that are more than 3 months old if the total uninvoiced amount is under a dollar. This way I can remove old books and make room in the system.
