Bobg knows i can always use the blue international binders ..he had an extra that included Russia pages and stamps. When i went to transfer some 1966 Russian stamps to my album..what the heck is going on the stamps on his pages are 100 percent different than the ones depicted on my pages...totally ! I realize Russia must has issued a lot of stamps in 1966 and i can take Bobs pages and add them to my book easily...which i shall do. But it seems weird to me !
