Reference pricing - Stanley Gibbons practice has been to price only major varieties as mint and used. Minor varieties are priced mint only.
You would need to refer to ACSC for a realistic guide on value for Australian material.
For resale value on Australian stamps none of the catalogues seem to be of much use as its a buyers market for stamps and only the most sought after ever produce results similar to catalogue values.

Hi langtounlad
Thank you for your quick response.
Unfortunately I do not own a set of ACSC pre-decimal catalogues.
Hi Rob,
You possibly have a set, is it listed as a variety

The 2006 edition of ACSC catalogues the stamp at $20.00 used and $30.00 unmounted mint (normal used being twenty cents). The same re-entry is also supposed to be in the 'I' of Australia, "oy" of 'joy' and 'UKE' of 'LUKE'.
Hi Rob
Much appreciated

Hi to all
Gibbons is now going to consider if it will list the 1960 Christmas re-entry stamp as used since I sent them a scan of it.
Will keep everyone informed.

Hi to all
Unfortunately I can not get a good scan or photo, even using a microscope of this stamp.
Stanley Gibbons list a re-entry Mint of 338a, but does not list one as used.
Now I have examined this stamp very closely with a 10x lens, and also 10x under a microscope.
It does have the re-entry listed.
In the top scan you can clearly see the re-entry of the one, but I can assure you the re-entry of the 9 is also present.
I examined nearly 300 of these stamps and found this one.
Also has any one else got a postaly used copy of the stamp, does this make it more valuable than a Mint copy, because Gibbons does not list it as used.
