When I buy year sets, I put the stamps in my albums. I don't throw out the books or folders. I give them to anyone who wants them.
Hi to all
The stamp year books from Australia Post are always overpriced.
I generally wait till they come into the opp shops in Australia, and buy them at the face value of the stamps for the year. Example 1998 and 1999 which I found today for $45.00 Australian dollars each, which is the face value of the stamps, the post office price year of issue was $90.00 each.
My quandry.
Should I just keep the stamps in their sealed packets, or separate them and place them in the books.
My own thoughts are throw out the books and keep the stamps in the separate sealed packets.
All suggestions appreciated.
