I buy stamps at Orapex from a dealer that drops his prices by 75 percent towards the end of the show...he does not want to pack the stuff back up. So a red box of stamps that he was asking a hundred dollars became 25.00..i could have purchased 3 or 4 of them but at the time i figured one was enough. Today my wife identified this one for me..Belgium #23..there is not a spot for it in my Scott International...i will have to create one.
