It isn't listed in the SG, and the ACSC is an entirely Australian catalogue, it does not list any country outside of Australia. The distorted “½d” is a common variety and has a market value of $75 (hinged). As it is used and has the OS puncture it is worth just a little more.

Thank you Rob for the information.
Tooler,
Sorry for the late reply to your posting re the fat right-hand "D"on your 1/2d Papua Lakatoi.
I contacted a friend of mine who is co author of “Collector’s Guide to the stamps of British New Guinea and the Territory of Papua (1884 – 1942) who advises as follow[red]s:-
Sorry for late response just got back from holiday. Its position 21 and can be found on the small Papua issues of the 1/2d only.
As it can't be found on the BNG's or the Large Papua its not classified as a pantograph
flaw.
Nice collectable stamp though, SG asked me about the value of listing 2 years ago yet as it wasn't a Pantograph flaw did not go ahead with it.
Great item even if it's not listed.

I have this ½d Papua Lakatoi stamp perf 12.5 with water mark sideways and the (FAT d flaw)
in the right value circle. I (think) it is sg#021. It has a cds with date clearly Oct 1910.
I have the Stanley Gibbons Commonwealth, Australia edition and the Stanley Gibbons Western
Pacific catalogs. I cannot find any mention of this fat d flaw.
Does anyone have a specialized Papua catalog or an ACSC that can tell me how this flaw came to be and what it is worth if anything.
Thank you for any help.
