Thank you very much, the folks who have replied to this thread are great examples of the type of people who make our hobby great.
Stamp Smarter exists because the true value of knowledge comes from sharing it, not just having it. I am just a facilitator, standing on the shoulder of folks like Bill Weiss, Bob Allen, and many others who have contributed to our hobby by sharing their knowledge.

At our local stamp club meeting today Scott English presented the Kehr award (below).
He turned the mic over to me and I said...
"I first need to thank my friends and health care providers for their support during what has been a very challenging time of my life. Being able to give back to the hobby during this period has been both a welcome distraction and a motivational blessing. And of course I would like to thank the APS for this honor and privilege, Scott please convey my deepest thanks to the folks in Bellefonte.
Next, I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our hobby. It is only through the hard work, dedication, and compassionate of folks who have been willing to share their experience and knowledge that our hobby is such a joy. The true value of knowledge comes from sharing it, not just having it.
Last and definitely not least, thank you to my astoundingly supportive wife, I would not being standing here today without her. Dawn, thank you for always believing in me and for putting up with me. Through long nights in many different hospitals, when we received negative prognosis after negative prognosis, your faith and support is what kept me moving forward. I love you."
Scott also updated the club on APS current status and future direction. Several folks signed up to join the APS and Scott joined our local club. He mentioned that he is now a member of 57 local chapters, surely this is a new record for chapter membership.
