Hello,

have just been to the APS website and pleased to see that the Stampstore is open for business but will not be shipping until after the outbreak.

Best wishes,

Brian.

I agree with Chris as that certainly seems unfair
and some cities or states may have restrictive policies.
I am not sure about Pennsylvania, but when I did
business in Suffolk County NY a merchant would not
get away with such a deal.
I do not want to dig into some of the niceties of
the UCC, but there are certain rules concerning
delivery and payments.

APS is also running the risk that some customers may not, uh, be there when their stamps finally arrive.

(In the Bad Old Days, this sort of thing happened all of the time; we got a couple of letters from my father z"l after he died while awaiting surgery in another city.)

I hope that APS will be ready & nice about accepting those returns for a full refund.

Cheers,

APS is having an on-line stamp chat on Monday March 30th at 1:30 EST on this topic.

This will be a great opportunity to address this issue directly with APS.
