The only watermark known on the 6 cent large queen issue is "E & G Bothwell Clutha Mills", which extends over 12 stamps. See the Unitrade Catalogue for a picture. I can't see it in your example though.

Here are some images of the watermark on Canada Large Queen issues (poached from the internet).
If your stamp is in watermark fluid, rather than water, it has sat too long before you took the picture. The contrast between any watermark and the rest of the paper begins to disappear as the paper absorbs more fluid.
