NY 'String of Pearls'

It is an early New York City, NY precancel. I have a few in my precancel collection.

Thanks guys, I couldn't figure out the sideways Y, so didn't see NY.
That makes a torn stamp an interesting one

The cancel comes in blue and black colored cancel.
There is background information in my copy of "Handbook on Bureau and Local Precancels, 1925 edition". I don't know if there were any newer editions published, see pages 24 & 25.
