Have a stamp wherein the sun rays are chestnut in color and the lion is carmine rose.
(Appreciate the subjectivity of color descriptions.)
Perforation is btwn 10.5 and 11.
Don’t see this stamp listed in Scott. Are there other issues within this series?

There are four stamps in this type.
1950 - 50d red and green
1950 - 2r red and lilac
1976 - same values as above, but with five lines in each ray

As noted by Scott at the bottom of the postal tax section, there are two other values, 2.25r and 2.50r. They were used only on telegrams, and seeing no postal use, they are not listed by Scott. Sounds like you have one of those, but you didn't post a picture, so can't be sure.
