To list an item on ebay you must have been able to enter into that particular account.
Go back into the account and click on sales. There should be headings for messages and Account. Click on "Account" and you should find what email account is used for payments being sent to you.
No sales under this account as yet. I think I opened it then decided not to pursue this. Forgot all about it until now. Don't think that'd work.
Log back into the account you used to list the items.
"End" all the items before you get a sale. Then start over with the correct account.

I'm glad somebody brought this up. Under Ebay's new payment plan they had someone elses checking account no. for me and 2 telephone nos. I didn't recognize. Try rectifying that when the Customer Service phones have been discontinued/shut down. I had to change my checking account Pin No. at the bank and probably spent approx. 6 hrs. on this project over several days. A Dealer friend had to make multiple trips to his bank to resolve similar problems. I was very tempted to just say, "Forget it Ebay", but I sell 1 or 2 Items on Ebay every day.

No I can't. How I wound up posing listings on this rogue other account is a mystery. I spent time going over my on line entries and no I cannot figure it. This could be resolved shortly by Ebay staff, now it's not. Any bad feedback I get on this will go on the other account.

Roy what number did you call? Or was this a typed reply on their site? I tried tht, they said I was a 'bot'.
PM me on this if you prefer.
Log in to your account, use the "Help and Contact" link at the top of the page. Go through their FAQs etc that they use as a filter to reduce calls until you get to the "Contact us" button.
(this example is after I chose help with "Managed Payments").
Clicking on the button gives me this:
I use the "Have us call you" all the time.

I'm out right now. My son tels me that there HAS to be a stored password in that other computer, under Google. He thinks I can get logged in, then I can just check the payment verifications and my bank account number. Once I do I can leave these active w/o calling Ebay. Will see..
Four listings out of eight sold. I was hoping this could resolve but nooo... I can't even contact the buyers of them. No luck locating some password on my computer. I do not recall leaving my bank account # so payments will sit with Ebay awhile then be sent back. Not my choice but that's where we are. By then my account will be cancelled. Not my choice but my usual account will not be affected.
Just send you an Email.
Ebay looks to be sending me a notice of payments on these so hope it all works out. Thanks for your interest.
One buyer paid Saturday and I mailed him his lot. No sign of it on deposits, no idea where it goes. Another resident of Hong Kong paid for three, Not selling to him as sales restricted to US only. Will mail US purchases; I even tried to bid $2 on each lot left, that isn't working either. It's a mess...
Snick, what browser were you using on your wife's computer when you posted the items?
Ebay has completed their complete disassociation from their customers. I was on my wife's computer and went ahead and put seven items on for sale. Problem is, they were entered under some old Ebay ID. I can see what is listed but cannot be sure I will get payment, etc. I long ago forgot how to access this account and nobody can help me. I tried to send them a message but got a reply telling me I'm a 'bot'.
OK does anyone know some way to actually talk to some living worker at Ebay? Zero feedback under this old account.. so sad.
