Anyone else out there collect Worldwide Telegraph stamps and interested in helping to create a Steiner-like Album for them? I have started based on The few I have using this site https://www.gb-precancels.org/Telegraphs/World/index-Es.html as it appears to be an excellent reference. I don't have the Hiscocks Catalog to use as a basis so this site seems to be the next best thing.

I have only done a few countries and some only partially so far. If you are interested please contact me. I am using the albumeasy program and will be sending the completed countries to Clive to share on his site.
