re: Unusual "Penny Black"

There are so many towns that have a small town museum or library open, usually without charge, telling the stories of the founders. But for the life of me I never encountered a crowed display room. Even at big places such as the Smithsonian, the "crowds" are minimal. And the stamp room at the Smithsonian could have been rented out for funerals without disturbing the viewers.
