Few people collect blocks these days. Unless it is a high value showpiece, like one of the high value key plates, value as 4 singles. In fact, when I break up blocks, I sell the four singles faster than the single sale of a block.
But if they are low value Commonwealth, you could probably price them at 25c per block and people would buy them just to dress up a page.
Plate, or imprint blocks are a different matter. There is still some collecting interest in those, but they are usually priced as four singles, maybe with a minor premium. At least there is enough demand to make one sale, instead of 4.

My dad had several, mostly British Commonwealth, of the above. Most low denominations. I liquidated most of his collection years ago, but never touched the blocks. Thoughts?
