Attached is the United States Specialist Guage for perforation for U. S. A. stamps only. U. S. A. stamps are measured in thousand's of an inch.

Foreign stamps are measured only in MM's.

As you can see the Pick Up Points (PUPs) arrows indicates I've used this gauage for thousands of stamps.
