How can that be? The invoice, and payment method is created by the seller, not the buyer?

1) Cancel the transaction, and let the buyer know what you are doing.
2) Relist it, but this time make sure YOU do not specify Global Shipping service (or allow it to default to GSS).
3) Send the buyer the new item number and allow him to buy it again with your specified shipping.
Global shipping is specified by the seller, not the buyer. It looks like once you have allowed GSS in the original listing, ebay won't let you change it after the sale.

All I can say is that this is ALL very strange.
Buyer and I agreed that he will cancel the Order with Ebay and that I will relist the Item on Hipstamp, regardless of the consequences. He immediately received an Invoice from Ebay recinding the Global Shipping Program Shipping charge. Even more strange, I received 4 Orders from Ebay today. All said Ship on Mon., since today is a Holiday. Now, this one says to Ship it today. Can I assume that Ebay has people reviewing Orders and that is why you frequently get different answers to the same question??? Thank you.
