I'm very focused on self-care.

In the midst of working on my early Canada collection, I'm putting them into new stock books and numbering them.

So I'm working along just having lost my mind on the small queens, only to discover my 50c mint Victoria jubilee is missing.

THAT does not work in harmony with my self-care.

So I put the number in the missing slot and wracked my brain as to how it could be missing.

As I started to put my stamps away for the day, having accomplished moving a whole 3 pages in 4 hours Confused - what do I see? My 50c jubilee.

Ahhh... That makes up for having lost brain cells on the small queens.

re: Misplacing stamps

Nothing to do with stamps, but has to do with losing stuff!! When Cathy and I moved into our house in 1982 (I'm still here!!) we supposedly lost a box of knitting that has not shown up yet!! Can anyone beat that? Probably!!!

re: Misplacing stamps

There is nothing more frustrating than losing/misplacing a stamp....especially if you are a seller. I've spent hours looking for a couple misplaced stamps. Fortunately, I've only hit a total dead end once. These occurrences totally offset any effects of your blood pressure meds.

a 50 cent mint queen?....wow, now that really sucks! Hope it safely surfaces.

It resurfaced but I seriously was losing my mind. That's not a stamp easily to be replaced. David Giles and I worked hard on building that part of my collection!
