He doesn't have an http:// to https:// redirect so your anti-virus software is simply saying the http:// connection is not secure.
However he does have a security cert in place so use this link:

Still not working. When I try Roy's link I get: "This site can’t provide a secure connection. telstamps.org.uk sent an invalid response."

Just override it. There is nothing wrong with the site. Your software probably just is being very picky about the certificate.
You only need encryption when either you are sending critical data or the site is (like financial sites).
You can also try reloading the page with {Crtl}-F5. That forces the browser to reload the page and not use its cache.

Thanks for the assurance, Roy. I just added an exception for it so I can at least get there indirectly. BTW there is a note on their homepage to the effect that they have had some glitches on their end earlier this month.

As of this weekend I haven't been able to access the telegraph stamps site due to a Malwarebytes warning about the site being possibly infected with riskware. Anyone having such issues?
