Have you contacted Stamp Smarter staff using the [ CONNECT ] button on the Stamp Smarter home page?
That is the correct way to report problems or ask questions about the Stamp Smarter site and services.

There were many sites across the internet that were not reachable completely during an internet outage yesterday that started at 9:20AM CST. As of 11:00 PM last night everything that I use was finally responding although in some cases I had to do 2-3 connections before I could get proper responses flowing on secure connections. A noteworthy site that was completely down for me was www.bing.com. Interestingly the Office365 portal site portal.office.com would do sign-ins but would not respond at all once signed into using my Microsoft account and the Microsoft authenticator app. Issues were present whether I used my AT&T home fiber connection or the T-Mobile cell connection on my iPhone.
I did see some messages yesterday about internet outages associated with Comcast and AT&T hosted DNS services. Google facilities were working and Bank of America accounts would work but Wells Fargo would never respond.
All seems good today and clients are reporting the the Safari browser is working now whereas yesterday they could not get it to work at all although Chrome would operate, probably because of resources required for validating secure connections working incompletely.
