In my 2024 Scott pocket stamp catalog of the U.S., the issues pre 2014 are the same but there has been a gradual increase to the point that only definatives are listed at .25 while commemoratives and sets are listed at .30, .40 and .50. I hope that this helps!

Having an older set, 2014, where the minimum used value is US$0.25, I was wondering if this is still the same in the most recent catalogue. In which case presumably, due to inflation, they are not as valuable relatively speaking.
