I enter the Hipstamp giveaways as a matter of course, and haven't won a cracker. Until today, when I won this plate block of Sc832g. As soon as it arrives it'll be for sale

re: Hipstamp Giveaway Winner

I'm not sure why, but I rarely enter, maybe I feel better because I don't lose.Big Grin There are two different plate numbers, does this mean it was cut between two panes or is it simpler than that? A really nice looking block though, I just have two mint singles, one of each major colour shade purple & black and red violet & black. That bright magenta & black even lists for $80 as a single and seems to exist only as mint.
EDIT: My 2016 Scott's specialized puts that block at $500. That's a really nice gift!!
EDIT #2: I know it might not show up well but could someone show 832, 832c and 832g next to each other?

Dave,
Free inventory for your store, right?
maybe it is a keeper for you.
A stamp (block) that nice would sell well on HipStamp.
Not sure if there is a rule saying against sale of goods of won items?
Do you have to pay taxes on it in Aussie?

Over the years, I have won the giveaway twice. The first time was when I won the Penny Black. If I remember right, it was when Stanley Gibbons still owned the site.

For a Hipstamp seller, this is going to sound ridiculous, but I know zilch about this giveaway. Will someone enlighten me?
