This is probably nothing new but I thought I'd pass it along. Every now and then, one of the plastic rows (?) lifts off the paper and becomes unusable as the stamps will fall through.

I've found that a drop or two of Gorilla Glue will hold the plastic back onto the paper and it holds better than new.

As I said... nothing new but might be a useful tip!

I would be a little careful using Gorilla glue: The chemical composition includes isocyanic acid,

The paper Hagner pages give me a lot more trouble than the Vario pages. I have a set of Varios that are solely used for sorting before mounting but will use Varios for long term storage if I do not want to mount.

"careful using Gorilla glue: The chemical composition includes isocyanic acid,"

bobgggg what are the implications of isocyanic acid? Sorry I am not a chemist and woefully ignorant - I did google it but I could not see why it might be a problem

All types of acids are harmful to paper...................If you have ever seen an old classic comic book or newspaper you will notice that the pages are all discolored! That is a result of the acids used in the inks!

It looks great and cheap BUT.......

Isocyanic acid (HNCO) is bad for stamps, as it is an acid that can damage both the paper and inks on collectible stamps.
It's important to avoid acidic materials and substances, including those from human skin, (That is why I use a tweezers, or in Dutch a pincet)
and to store stamps in acid-free, archival-quality albums to prevent damage.
