I realize this may be primarily a Portuguese and P. colonies area, but how does one tell the difference between the Ceres which are either "chalky Paper" or "ordinary paper". I know that most of the chalky paper stamps are perf. 15 x 14. And someone told me that the gum is slightly yellow on the chalky ones. I'd appreciate some help or advice from all of you. Thanks

A search of our archives throws up an old post in which I gave the following link, it is still valid.
