it's not really a paste up pair by definition. It's a coil pair with added selvage. A paste up pair implies two coils pasted together to extend the strip of coils. Of course this is only my opinion!
EDIT: It's still a very cool item!!

Not really sure but I have a couple very similar coils with added selvage, I believe they are called leaders!

It is the start or end of a coil. Unitrade 2023 has this pair of 264 as an end strip worth 22.50 F or 35.00 VF! Not bad!
