The latest fdc on the McCusker's FDC Website is 3473 $12.25 Washington Monument Cachetcraft Cachet which was issued in 2001. Need to do more research.

Another late response...
I believe Parkinlot is actually referring to Cover Craft Cachets, produced by Artmaster (which also bought out Farnam). Cachet Craft's span was from #795 to #1455.
