Who publishes them? where can I get one? Got a bunch of beautiful stamped envelope- FDCs
in a box lot, am just guessing at cv., now. And a couple of these.

BTW: got 2 of the U.S. Olymphilex '92 Souv. cards., 2011 cv. $70.00 each. sold one to friend for 20 bucks and keeping the other for my collection.
