Switzerland 25C 1900 with a significant paper crease. Its cool but where do you find info on value, rarity, history (i.e. how do you miss something like this?)

I got that part . I was interested in finding out more about possible literature or websites dedicated to the odd variants not in the Scott volumes. I checked my Michel too but no dice.
