I suspect that is the case amsd. I suspect if I knew what the "329BPO" meant that might help me understand the cover better. BPO might stand for Base Post Office.
in APO covers, BPO is Base Post Office, and if this is military, rather than civilian, that stands to reason
Yes, Fort Snelling was and is a military installation. The cemetery there is still actively used for the final resting place of Minnesota servicemen.
