Hi all,
What is the general practice if a invoice that was shipped gets "Return to sender" as undeliverable. Does this happen by mistake by the USPS? I have checked the address the buyer has on file and everything matches, including current (hasn't been changed).
Should I contact the buyer, web master or both? Should I resend it with my fingers crossed?
Thanks
Allan

Note: Items shipped in USA to USA.

re: Return to sender...

Allan,

start by sending an email to the buyer AND send a message through the message sender.

If that gets no response, contact the auctioneer (me) and I'll investigate.

and, while rare, USPS does make errors.

David,
Will do. How long is a appropriate time frame for a response.
Thanks

couple days should suffice

In general, auctions ought be completely concluded within two weeks, unless other arrangements were made, preferably in advance.
