just found this in a box of stamps and covers. worth anything? Has a cat# but don't know what catalog. # is PWF-6.Image Not Found

From The Unitrade Specialized Catalogueof Canadian Stamps 2006: Van Dam #PWF6, "Valid for postage in Canada on parcels up to 20 lbs. Used by prisoners of war interned in Canada during World War II. Printed black on red, gummed paper."

Value is CAN $30 with a 50% never-hinged premium. 5,000 were issued.

Wow! thanks, again. Bob. Let me tell you a little bit of info on the card it's on.
Was an auction lot from Rugby Philatelic Auctions. I think it's been in the box about 20 years. They had a starting price of L7 and a value listed as L9. Not sure but I think the guy got it for $11.00 U.S. BTW: it is MNH. My Unitrade burnt up when home burnt. Was a brand new one at the time. Wife got it for me for Xmas. One of our members offered me a
2011 Free but it cost like $28.00 to ship it from Canada. Sure miss it.
