The machines in Israel are notorious for breaking down or making odd things.
Most times I have gone to use one, it is out of order most especially at special events like Stamp Exhibitions where someone is always on hand to try to put things right.
They should never have got rid of the Klussendorf machines, gum and all, they were much more efficient and produced the most lovely postage labels anywhere....ask Germany, they are still using them !
How about a campaign to protest the Sima ?
You are correct, most of these are produced by faulty machines.
As I again come to purchase some ATM for regular postage, this nice machine give me another nice surprise, second this year!
This time, three "in row" miss-cut, after that pair wrongly cut, and in the end - third is single with double/different value printed!
Hope that technician will not work in near future, just to have time t
and test this machine again!
