Payment and Shipping Terms
SHIPPING
Stamps are shipped by standard First Class Mail at buyer's risk unless other shipping options are requested. I use glassines, stock cards and stiffeners.
Canada and U.S.A. first class letter mail up to 30 grams $1.50.
All other Countries first class letter mail up to 30 grams $3.00
Items over 30 grams will be invoiced at actual postage cost.
ALL orders over $10.00 will receive a $1.00 postage credit.
Large objects such as Sheets, Souvenir Sheets, Booklets, etc. require a larger envelope and heavier stiffeners which will result in higher postage charges.
If Tracking or Registration is requested these services will be charged at actual cost.
In ALL cases only the ACTUAL POSTAGE FEES will be charged.
PAYMENT- I normally invoice at the end of the month. If you have only a few items I will hold the invoice open for another month. If you would like your purchase sooner, please request an invoice at any time. PayPal is the preferred method of payment. I will accept Canadian cheques, cash in US$ or Cdn$, however, mail service at this time greatly prolongs this type of transaction.
