Hello all, I found an Italian Somalia 150a (A6) 2L carmine (perf 14) 1932 with the overprint "POSTA AERIA" that I cannot find in Scotts. Is it a non-issued? Thanks!Image Not Found

According to to the 1972 Sanabria Airpost Catalogue, this stamp and another were overprinted in 1943. It says they were never put in use in the colony, but were sold by postal authorities in Rome. There were 15,000 sets printed.

It lists a value of $1.50 for the 2 lire stamp.
