I tried to look up the Russian stamps in the following scan and cannot find them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. One thing I noticed sometimes the year on Russian stamps does not coincide with the issue date.

All right, John. I think you just tried too hard to find these. The dates on the stamps are the year of issue. I can see where a couple of them gave you fits to find.

First row (left to right):

Scott #2116 (stamp is pictured)
Scott #1641 (stamp is pictured)
Scott #2208 (picture is similar to stamp design, just different color)

Second Row (left to right):

Scott #1636 (high face value stamp to set; not pictured)
Scott #1721 (stamp is pictured)
Scott #1580 (stamp is similar to design of stamps pictured)
Scott #1575 (stamp is similar to design of stamps pictured)
Scott #1572 (stamp is similar to design of stamps pictured)

Third Row (left to right):

Scott #1595 (stamp is pictured)
Scott #2026 (similar in design to Scott #1837; Scott should have added the picture of this stamp rather than just cross-reference it)

Here is another Scott# I need.

What this looks like to me is a misprint; print is lower. Once I determine Scott# I will be able to tell.

" .... Tiptoe to the window,
By the window, that is where I'll be,
Come tiptoe through the tulips with me.

Oh, tiptoe through the garden,
By the garden neath the willow tree,
And tiptoe through the tulips with me

Knee deep in flowers we'll stray,
We'll keep the showers away,
If I kiss you in the garden, in the moonlight,
Will you pardon me?
And tiptoe through the tulips with me.

Maybe it's flowers you stray will be the showers of life,
And when I kiss you in the garden in the moonlight,
Will you pardon me, and tiptoe through the tulips with me. ...."
