I need a little bit of help.
I was going through an old Germany stock book I picked up and found this.
I used a perf gauge and I believe it's 14 1/2 x 14 but I could be wrong. I think it's a #65 due to the slight serif on the M in the corner. Am I correct? Or is it #78?

It's not 65. 65 has "REICHSPOST" in the top banner, not "DEUTSCHES REICH".
if I counted the bottom perf holes correctly (26) it is #78, if not (25) it is #95.
