Auctions - Approvals
When people purchase items from my approval books AND auctions on the same invoice, the auction ones show up as green stating I have different shipping terms. When I go to the Default sales terms in auctions and then in approvals it leads me to the same page. I must be missing something, or I am simply looking in the wrong place for one or the other. This was never a problem before, but then again I wasn't creating invoices from two sources before either. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Greg,
Have you changed your Shipping Terms recently?

I just looked at your first auction item and shipping to the US is $1. Your first approval book has shipping to the US as $0.50. To me that suggests different terms. Happy

Thanks. That is probably it. The older books were different. I'll see if that is the problem with my next set of invoices as I have collectors that will have both auctions and approval purchases together but these are from current books

This is the way I have been doing it for quite a while now and don't have any problems with the multi-colored invoices to be sent out.

Postage to US addresses is $1.00, while $1.50 for the ROW. Bulky lots require additional costs.

And then in the box for listing "shipping instructions" I simply put a . (period). No more hassles with multi-colored invoices.
