Hello, Can You help me with identification and color variant of the stamps please ?

1)Image Not Found
Double frame line ?

2)Image Not Found
Vermillion ?

#1 looks like rose red, but you'll have to measure the "25" to verify the type. Scott #338 type I, the "25" is 2 3/4 mm high. Scott #338a type II, the "25" is 3mm high. To me, it look s like a type II (#338a). Compare the vertical bar on the "5" on the 25c stamp to the vertical bar on the 5c stamp (type I). The lines printed on the stamp are plate defects.

#2 is either Scott #332 (red violet) or #333 (claret). The stamp did not come in vermillion.

See here for Red Violet and Claret. The Vermilion shade that Scott lists is a Red Orange which yours is not.
