Would it be possible to add (yet) another button at the bottom of an auction item page
that says " Ask Seller a Question" pertaining to that item? (such as on that "other" auction site
)It could link to the private messaging. It would save time, at least for me, I believe....
At times, I have a question for the seller of a particular item/listing and it would be nice to have that option readily available with the other buttons.
Input from anybody else??

Randy, when you are looking at a list of auction items, the center column contains the names of the sellers. Click on a name, and you'll go to the seller's profile. At the top of the profile is a button to send a private message to the seller.
When you are looking at a specific auction item, the seller's name is in the "Offered By" row. You can click on the seller's name, and you will be able to send that seller a private message.
Tim, would you be able to add a note next to the seller's name at those two locations that says, "Click on name to contact seller"?

Let me think about this. I might be able to do something that meets both your suggestions. I think it would be great to automatically take the Auction lot info along into the message that you send to the seller.

Just checked it out and that is really nifty! Helpful for the seller, too, as the information on just which lot they are talking about is very clearly shown. This could save much confusion. Awesome!
