I cannot find this in the Scott catalog. I have found other Mali imperf pairs on the
internet but not this particular one. Can someone tell me anything about Mali
imperf pairs. Thanks.

Scott has a small comment about the imperfs following Mali Scott 31. Most, if not all of the French colonies (present and former) and Monaco issue the stamps in imperforate versions. Scott doesn't list these.

There are issued in same colors, changed colors, souvenir packs, etc., and are collected by many.

Sorry, the "31" is a typo. Looks like I didn't hit the caps key to turn the "3" into a "#".
