Hi Theresa,
From our link section, the Witt collection has some info on locals from there and other countries. May help a bit.

Thank you, Mike!
I've never seen this website - tons of great info here!
Found a bit more info;

These stamps are listed in the Stanley Gibbons Part 20 South America catalogue under "LA GUAIRA" at the end of their Venezuela listings.
They are also listed in the Michel catalog. They have been forged, but if genuine are quite valuable. For a bit more context: http://www.stampworldhistory.com/country-profiles-2/americas/venezuela/
The stamps of LaGuaira are very popular and highly sought after. You have a very nice nearly complete collection there. I've had some duplicates in the past and they sell very quickly and usually around cat value in auctions of single. Most of them are quite difficult to come by, so you have something with good value. Unfortunately there were forgeries made of many of them, off hand yours look good to me. Below is my meager collection of them. I've added 2 stamps since this scan was made quite sometime ago.
Does anyone know of a reference for Venezuelan locals? I'm trying to find information on these packet boat stamps. Thanks!
