Hello everyone,

Picking up where I left off years ago, I LOVE Bhutan stamps, particularly the really irregular ones: CDs, mini and full sheets, 3D, covers, etc. My problem is finding mounts (not hinges) that I can safely mount them with. Does anyone have any recommendations for sturdy black mounts or glassine mounts to show these off at their best? Thank you Happy

re: Irregular Bhutan stamp mounts

I mount them in either standard Showgard mounts, or for the larger thicker sheets I use Prinz self-adhesive corner mounts. I do this even for the thick lenticular plastic stamps. Just have to glue down both the top and bottom halves of the mounts so the stamps don't flop when you turn the pages. Be careful not to get any moisture along the center seam of the mount, or you'll damage the stamp.
