I need help identifying this stamp. It is an overprint on a Hitler stamp. It might be an Occupation stamp.Image Not Found

Overprint as noted is from Glauchau 1945 Michel #14

This would be the same with a common shifted ovpt.

All heavily forged as is yours unfortunately - the top letters are not even & joined.

I am quite sure that I read that after either "Great Wars" the confusion was immense and genuine cancelling devices fell into the hands of clever individuals allowing them to "cancel" the huge hoard of un-cancelled sheets en masse or after being affixed to bogus covers. Certification by competent authorities is sine qua non.
