Very nice work! I like the loose leaf approach so you can add new pages as you wish.
I am in USA, so mine are in USA sized binders / pages. Here's how I've used 2 pocket pages to house my collections..
I do collect New Jersey, USA town cancels but on full cover. Right now I've used the two pocket pages just to keep them all sorted and organized. I do add pages as I find new towns and even new postmarks for a town I already have. Eventually I'd like to do pages like yours with the state outline, the town's location, county and other information. But for now...
The two towns are Bradley Beach and Bryant Beach, NJ
Both collections look lovely. A job well done!

Looking Good BenFrank and thanks David.
I have only gone for a page per town due to the fact that I don't want to move things around over and over again.
So far 1. Postmarks as you see above, will keep them aside and then every other week will print pages to mount the stamps for the file. 2. Specialist South Africa in Lighthouse Grande files with printed notes to accompany. 3. General worldwide collection - mounted on Steiner Pages (only printed from 1900 - 1980, other years printed as needed).
I think as collectors trying to figure out how to store items takes up more time sometimes than actual collecting. It does my head in sometimes.
I have dabbled in keeping identifiable postmarks with a legible year and have been putting them aside for some time. Most have been kept either in a stock book or glassines and after some long thought I have decided to start mounting these.
I didn’t want to have to move items around so decided that I would have a single A5 page for each town name. I know this isn’t the best use of storage but I'm doing it slowly and on a “when I have a free moment†basis.
I found some cheap A5 binders on amazon and then a pack of plastic pockets. Pages are printed on A4 120gsm stock and then guillotined (too expensive to buy A5 paper).
This is the result – the only thing I think I will change is the coloured bars at the top and bottom to something that matches the countries/territories colours. Once I have a few more pages in the files I may make them publicly available for others to print.
