re: Bow wow local posts

Bow Wow Local Post was operated by the late Leonard Sandler of Baltimore, Maryland. The Lacrosse issue was the third local stamp. There were at least 54 different local post cinderellas produced by Leonard.

The Local Courier Post was operated by the late Bill Rowcroft of So. Ozone Park, New York. He produced more than 88 various local post cinderellas, many with the American Flag. The 19th issue was for Flag Day on June 14, 1973.
