I found these described as 'Kenya 2015 Birds Definitives 7th Series (Reprint)'. Which is probably why you can't find them:
No catalogue numbers were given.
I am not certain on this, but I am inclined to think that the 3 holes (perfins?) might be another form of a 'security' device??
Chimo
Bujutsu
Scott lists the stamps as Kenya #878-886, issued in 2014. A footnote in Scott states that the nine stamps all have three punched holes at the lower left. I would agree with Chimo that the holes are probably a security measure.
OR could they similar to the 1921 - 24 Hungarian stamps that had the 3 holes punched in them to indicate they were for postage, while collector's that wanted them without the holes had to pay a 10% premium. Wow, how come the USPS hasn't tried that one yet?????
