I need help from the German experts. On the left of the scan is Scott# 1771. On the right is the same stamp that is silver in color. Can someone tell me any information on this silver stamp. I came across both of these stamps in the same lot of kiloware. Thanks in advance.

Michel lists it as Michel #SD16 directly following the regular Newton issue Michel #1646. SD16 is not given a value (in my 1995 Michel German Specialized Catalog).

If I read the notation correctly, this stamp in black ink with a hologram, was included in the 1993 annual stamp collection from the German Post.
