It appears that the orange stamp overprint is in black rather than blue. This would make it Scott 65.
The stamps has the horseshoe design but the other red overprint indicates that this may be an Occupation stamp. Issued under Chilean Occupation. It is listed as Scott N20.
At least that is where I would put them in my album.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the prompt response George, am cooking supper at present so will get the catalogue back out afterwards.
Ok meat and spuds in oven, veg ready to cook, gravy started.
Dived into catalogue and realise I was reading the abbreviation Bl as black when it should be Blue. Duhhh!
Agreed on both counts George, will add them to the 5c page when I've finished sorting.
Thanks again.
Vic
Going through some stamps to put up for auction I came across these two (among others) My 2014 Scott gives me #66 Type A17 for the 1c, it is perf 12.
The second stamp, 5c, Scott #91 type A19 again perf 12.
Can anyone confirm that this is correct or am I missing an entry somewhere.
I have not been able to see a watermark but not to say that it is unwatermarked. (should it be a wavy line?)
All advice appreciated.
