Interesting, I assume I would have to have a development environment installed on the Mac for the compile to occur. It works well inside a Virtual PC environment but it might be nice to have it native on MacOS Sierra.
I never thought to mention, but one probably does need a development environment installed.
Not being a Mac user I am not too sure what is required, but if you have any questions I would be happy to ask Joshua or to pass on your contact information to him if you prefer.

AlbumEasy was developed as a cross platform application with the intention that it could be installed on Windows, Linux or a Mac.
However never having had access to a Mac I have been unable to test or release a Mac version of the program.
Now, thanks to Joshua McGee, who has very kindly provided instructions for building AlbumEasy here https://gist.github.com/McGeekiest/57511e04312f9d5b65f45578c040b9f5 it is possible for Apple users to have AlbumEasy running on MacOS Sierra.
