I suspect these are labels of some sort, but cannot find anywhere. On the left, loosely translated: "GOOD CONTRIBUTOR", and then "For his outstanding attitude in the payment of the fee of 25 cts. in year 1980 "Year of the II party congress".

On the right "PRO - Fighters"

re: CUBA ID PLEASE

on Lugo, I believe we're looking at Spain, not Cuba.

It is a Spanish city. I found images similar to your airplane here: https://www.google.com/search?q=Lugo+in+spanish+civil+war&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjYp_We99jXAhUGRN8KHX-hAwAQsAQIPQ&biw=1366&bih=662

and eBay lists several similar as Spanish Civil War stamps: https://www.ebay.ie/sch/Stamps/260/i.html?_sop=19&_nkw=spain+civil+war+lugo&_frs=1

Looks like this little war captures a lot of our interest, no?

Thanks David,

The Lugo stamp was in a box of Cuba stamps that I was going through and because it was in that box and had the word "Castro" at the bottom, just figured. Nice catch. Now for the other one.

Here's a Spanish Wikipedia article about Armando Acosta Cordero, the Cuban revolutionary, whose name and signature are on this label:

https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armando_Acosta_Cordero

Amongst other roles that he had he was "coordinador nacional de los Comités de Defensa de la Revolución (CDR)" as shown on the label.
